BargeFlow is built around one idea: everything is a process. A form is just one step type inside a procedure that can also include sign-offs, photo proofs, quizzes, approvals, PDF outputs and certificates. Can we keep our existing PDF forms?
Yes. Upload any PDF and BargeFlow detects fillable fields automatically. For flat or scanned PDFs, the visual mapper lets you draw fields directly on the page. Completion generates the filled PDF your office or authority still expects.
Does it work offline for crews at sea?
Yes. The crew PWA caches the app shell and queues submissions in an outbox while offline. When connectivity returns, submissions sync automatically. Crews always see clear status so they know their work is safe.
Which compliance frameworks are covered?
